Activities

Sunset at Rick’s Café
Negril’s legendary Rick’s Café sits perched on the cliffs of the West End, known for professional cliff divers and live reggae music against one of the most famous sunset views in Jamaica. It’s a relaxed, festive spot to unwind after a day of retreat sessions, with cocktails, conversation, and unforgettable views over the Caribbean.
Waterfall Excursions
A short drive from Negril leads to Mayfield Falls and the Blue Hole Mineral Spring, two of Jamaica’s most refreshing natural attractions. Cascading waterfalls and natural swimming pools sit surrounded by tropical forest, while the mineral spring offers a calming, mineral-rich dip. A full-day excursion into Jamaica’s interior, well-suited to groups seeking a taste of the island’s natural beauty.

Reggae River Rafting
The Great River offers a slow, scenic float aboard a traditional bamboo raft, guided by a local raft captain. Swaying palms, birdsong, and quiet water set an unhurried pace — a peaceful half-day option for groups looking to slow down between more active sessions.
Snorkeling & Diving
The clear, calm waters off 7-Mile Beach are ideal for snorkeling, scuba diving, and glass-bottom boat tours. The reef is home to colorful coral, tropical fish, and the occasional sea turtle, with shallow, tranquil conditions suited to both first-timers and experienced divers. Equipment and local guides are available directly on the beach.
