About Rania
Rania Stone (Synodinou) is a Greek author, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Imagine Greece Retreats and the Homer Awards, Greece’s first English-language literary prize. She’s spent years building and running businesses, and brings that experience and deep local knowledge to every retreat she helps create.
Her thrillers — The Truth Is A Lie, A Wife In Ruins, What He Didn’t Know, The Lives Between Us, and Zero Trust ( September 2026) — draw readers into vivid worlds filled with suspense, atmosphere, and a distinctly Greek spirit. She has also co-written There Will Be Blood and The Soulless with Jonas Saul, one of the few teams in the retreat world where both partners are working, published authors..
You can find her full catalog on her Amazon author page.
Several of her books have been translated, bringing her work to readers beyond the English-speaking world. She teaches social media marketing to authors, helping writers build genuine connections with their readers — and serves as a jury member at international film festivals alongside Jonas.
For Rania, hosting a retreat in Greece is personal — she treats every guest the way she’d treat family visiting her own home..
