Payments & financials |
All guest payments are processed through our verified WeTravel platform. Funds are distributed to the retreat leader, venue, and our team according to pre-agreed terms — clearly documented before anyone books. |

Venue coordination |
We manage everything directly with the venue: room allocations, dietary requirements, guest preferences, special needs, and any changes in the lead-up to arrival. You won’t need to make a single call to the property. |

Pre-arrival guest support |
In the weeks before the retreat, we prepare guests with clear travel guidance — transport options, step-by-step arrival instructions, and digital resources. We also share curated hotel recommendations with partner rates for those extending their stay. |

Arrival & cultural welcome |
Before the retreat formally begins, guests can join optional curated experiences — guided city tours, cultural visits, shared meals in Athens or at the destination. These are designed to build group cohesion before teaching begins. |
