- Fees: All guest fees are collected via our verified WeTravel account. Guests can pay for the retreat in full or take an easy payment option. From there, the funds are distributed accordingly to the hotel, the retreat leader, and commissions agreed upon prior to announcing the retreat.
- Hotel: We coordinate with the retreat venue hotel, offering them detailed lists of rooms needed, which guests asked for doubles or singles, and if there are any food allergies or preferences they need to be aware of.
- Liaison: We manage all aspects of the hotel, making sure the guests are well taken care of before and after the retreat.
- Before the Retreat: In the months leading up to the retreat, we send out routine emails to all attending guests to offer them information on travel, which ferry/bus/train to take, with screenshots and PDFs to make this process easier.
- Hotel Discounts: Before arrival in Greece, we email a list of cooperating hotels that offer exclusive discounts for our retreat guests in Athens, Santorini, and other Greek destinations
