Activities / Experiences

Agrotourism workshops

Guests can immerse themselves in hands-on workshops that celebrate the flavors and traditions of the region. Pick fruits and turn them into jam, harvest grapes to make wine or the traditional “petimezi” sauce, taste premium olive oil, and learn about raisin drying techniques. Discover local culinary arts by making fruit chutneys, baking pies in a wood-fired oven, or taking part in the age-old grape-stomping tradition to extract wine must. Each activity offers an authentic, interactive way to experience Greek culture and gastronomy.

Aromatherapy workshops

Aromatherapy harnesses the natural essences of plants—extracted from flowers, leaves, bark, stems, and roots—to promote both mental and physical well-being. Used as a holistic practice, it can aid in pain relief, boost mood, and enhance cognitive function. When inhaled, the aromatic oils stimulate the brain, while topical application allows the essential oils to enter the bloodstream, supporting full-body healing and deep relaxation.

Individual aromatherapy workshops are tailored to your needs and interests, combining theoretical lessons on essential oils and their properties, practical guidance on mixing and applying oils—including aromatherapy massage—and herb-picking expeditions that blend gentle hiking with the discovery and collection of local herbs.
